  • Cancellation after booking start
    100% of the original hourly price of the booking 

  • Cancellation before the start of the booking
    > 4h before booking start: Free of charge
    < 4h before booking start: Fees as displayed in the allride app
  • Door opening by 24h-allride Customer Support (provided there is no technical failure) 
    CHF 5.00, per opening     

  • Fines & traffic offences 
    CHF 35.00, excl. fine   

  • Payment Reminder
    CHF 25.00, per reminder   

  • Administrative expenses for trips abroad 
    CHF 50.00, excl. fine and other costs   

  • Replacement of missing car accessories (charging cable, charging card, ice scraper) 
    CHF 25.00, plus replacement costs   

  • Administrative claims processing 
    CHF 100.00, plus excess   

  • Processing fee if the vehicle is returned to the wrong location 
    CHF 150.00, plus costs for service trip, plus costs of CHF 0.65 / kilometre for the return trip (kilometre calculation: Journey to the vehicle, journeys for any repairs, transport to the location and return journey to the contract garage)
  • Charging process not started correctly

  • Fee for disregarding the "sharing is caring" principle

  • Fee for late return 
    CHF 0.50 / minute, or as specified in the allride app   

  • Special cleaning in the event of disproportionate soiling (smoking, transport of animals, rubbish, etc.)   
    CHF 100.00 / hour, plus any equipment & materials   

  • Breakdown assistance with user fault 
    CHF 100.00 for the first hour, each additional hour CHF 85.00, plus costs for towing service   

  • Unlawful parking or leaving the vehicle parked 
    CHF 100.00, plus costs for towing service
  • Fee for loss of revenue due to user fault (e.g. cancelled subsequent trip in the event of late return) 
    CHF 50.00, plus any costs 

  • Costs for service trip: Deployment of technicians for troubleshooting user errors 
    CHF 175.00 / hour, plus any equipment & materials   

  • Costs for service trip: Deployment of employees for troubleshooting user errors 
    CHF 100.00 / hour, plus any equipment & materials   

  • Misuse of charging card 
    CHF 500.00, per case, plus electricity used

  • Violation of terms and conditions or terms of use 
    CHF 200.00, per case, plus additional fees according to the fee catalogue
